Things we have built recently, in plain words.
Dashboard, rebuilt
- Reminders first: cards grouped into Needs attention and Coming later, with Mark done on each card.
- A month calendar view, a Today list with Done buttons, an insights strip and a recent-activity timeline.
- A Getting started list and starter templates for new accounts.
- A live preview of the exact dates your emails will arrive, while you fill in the form.
- A setting for no reminder emails on weekends, a full message history page, and CSV import.
Safer sign-in
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) with recovery codes, and passkeys that need a fingerprint, face or PIN.
- A security email whenever your sign-in methods or email address change.
- Clean HTML emails with no tracking pixels.
Tasks and phone calls
- Repeating tasks at a time of day, by email and an optional phone call.
- A calendar feed for Google, Apple and Outlook calendar.
- Ready-made templates, with the official documents lists for passports and Texas licenses and registration.
